Guarantee of the trouble-free operation of the network Soyuz Telecom is its redundant safety margin and carrier capacity. The basic network is connected to the foreign segment of the Internet by two independent channels with the carrier capacity of 1 Gb/sec everyone; there is a reserve connection to the western segment with the carrier capacity of 100 Mbit/ sec, and connection to the Russian segment by several channels with the carrier capacity of 100 Mbit/ sec to 1 Gbit/sec.

If the object of the client is in a remote zone where the lying of physical communication lines is complicated or impossible, Soyuz Telecom offers access with the radio channel. To provide the given service the user's device of the wireless broadband access is used, allowing organizing full-duplex transmission of data with the speeds of up to 5 Mbit/sec.
