The Management Company was created in order to provide centralized control of the assets of the Group of companies "Auri", as well as to create its own infrastructure to attract, accumulate and to distribute in a balanced manner the investment resources needed to develop innovative projects and introduce new production technologies at the enterprises of the group.
In the process of cooperation with affiliate companies the Management Company serves as the superstructure responsible for strategic planning, assessment of economic and financial situation of the enterprises and budgeting of all the levels, operational control of the business plans and the targets. In addition, in order to build a unified control and standardization system of the business processes it renders methodological and expert assistance to the management of independent enterprises.
