Besides control of the assets, the Management Company is engaged in individual projects, which, as far as the planned targets are achieved, become separate business units within the Group of companies Auri.
For example, now the Management Company, with its own raw stock, implements a project for modernization and construction of a number of enterprises for extraction and processing of bentonitic clay. The project will enable the Group of companies Auri to become one of the leading suppliers of bentonitic materials not only in the CIS countries, but also in Europe.
Within the framework of the program of development of its own territories the company has launched a unique project to build a warehouse of 3 PL format - services on the basis of the industrial complex, Moscow Region. The realization of the investment project will be implemented by stages from 2008 to 2018, resulting in emergence of a new logistics operator in Russia of the nation-wide scale.
The Company controls a project for construction and commissioning of the business center Mansion of the Imperial Mint. This Business Center of B-class , located on the Embankment Luzhnetskaya Naberezhnaya of Moscow, will be the starting point for a major project of development of the former factory Soyuz, carried out under the auspices of the Moscow Government.
