The functions of the centralized management of the assets of the Group of the companies are carried out by Investment and Financial Operating Company "Auri" created in 2007. The Operating Company develops its own infrastructure for attraction, accumulation and the target balanced distribution of the investment resources required for development of innovative projects and introduction of new "know-how" at the enterprises of the Group. It also implements new business projects which become independent business units while they achieve the planned indicators.
