Bentonite project
The Group of Companies Auri offers in the Russian market the products of the mining-and-metallurgical integrated works ZGM ZĘBIEC S.A., the oldest and the most skilled producer of bentonites for drilling, building, metallurgy and foundry industry in Poland. The produce and manufacture comply with international standards PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 and PN-EN ISO 14001:2005.
Drilling mixtures BENTOPOL are especially designed on the basis of high quality modified sodium bentonite of fine grinding for use in horizontal and vertical drilling, as well as for the construction of water crossings and passages through other obstacles. BENTOPOL is a direct analogue of drilling mixtures Hydraul-EZ (CETCO), Bore-Gel (Baroid) and Maxbore HDD (MI SWACO) and complies with API Specification 13A/ISO 13500:1998. Bentonite of marks “Special Extra” and “Special” is designed for automatic molding lines, as well as for the molding machines (learn the assortment).
The Group of Companies Auri has its own raw material base, and implements a project on modernization and construction of a number of enterprises extracting and processing bentonitic clay. Upon completion of the reconstruction of the 1st stage of industrial line of the Ijevan plant, the production capacity will increase by 5000 tons / month, where 60% of production will be the standard bentonitic powders, 30% - ultra fine powders, 10% - bento-granules. Further reconstruction will increase the productivity by aproximately 2 times.
The project provides bentoproduction of high quality being in demand in many fields of application:
- bentonite powder of foundry marks for making molds,
- bentonite powder for drilling fluids, including horizontal drilling,
- bentonite powders and granules for the production of waterproofing materials and waterproofing works,
- Bentonite for balling iron ore rolled briquettes;
- bentonite powder for cleaning wine, juices, etc.,
- bentonite powder for animal feed and premixes,
- bentonite powders and granules for medicine, pharmacy, cosmetics and household products,
- bentonite powders for filtering, refining, bleaching oils and fats,
- bentonite powders and granules for the absorption and utilization of animal waste,
- bentonite powders and granules for insulation and absorption of radioactive and other toxic wastes, clean water and sewage,
- bentonite powders and granules to improve the agronomic characteristics of the soil.
Development and production of bentoproduction includes a large-scale quality control in their own laboratories and by independent experts. Manufacturing includes almost every type of consumer packaging of the products.
Territorial location of production and storage units of the Company primarily in the central part of Russia provides high level of transport logistics in Russia, the CIS, Eastern and Western Europe, which is one of the major advantages when working with direct customers.
Development of the sphere of the product sales is mainly aimed at the offer of premium products to the consumers. Achieving market leadership in the segment of high grades is the main objective of the Company concerning its work with foundries, oil, gas and mining and exploration companies, wine-making farms, road, civil and industrial construction enterprises, sewage water treatment facilities of the Nuclear Power Plants and Thermal Power Plants etc.
The long-term interests of the Company include mining, production and sale of products based on natural raw materials such as zeolite and perlite. The planned annual production volume exceeds 50,000 tons. Filters and fillers, manufactured on the basis of unique natural sorbents are currently in very high demand in the market. The application sphere is hardly limited: from wine-making to the engineering development.
